Los Angeles Apparel Company is looking for a Sweater Technical Designer. Ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in technical design. Must also demonstrate the ability to coordinate all necessary information for the Creative and Production teams. Understanding of all details pertaining to fit, garment construction, fabrics, and trims for the contemporary apparel market is crucial. This position deals exclusively with sweaters.

Okay. Look, it’s L.A. It sunny and 80 degrees like at least 320 days a year. I own I think two sweaters and I never wear them. T shirts and tanks in the dry season, long sleeved t shirt under regular T shirt in the wet season. Maybe a flannel. That’s fucking it! No sweaters. People move here for the sole purpose of throwing away their sweaters forever. Goodwill is full of stinky, moldy sweaters no one even flips through. Even the word sweater has the word sweat in it. Do not like. Trust me, L.A. hates sweaters.

I am so sick of thinking about fucking sweaters.
